Hi item 7 the sound skeem that skype uses is useless I mean all these sound files that sound the same. Also what do these sounds have to do with getting a file user goes on line etc. where as a person walking in to a room and a person leaving a room gives you an idea that they are available on line or leaving not available off line. The sound of a file cavenent opening oh might give me the idea some one is sending a file verses some meaningless space age sound. That is 7 as for item 4 doug winamp foobar Miranda a number of other programs use this approach and it just is good design. The hot keys should be defined as available within skype and should show up in the menu as well as they do in foobar. I guess you are not going to agree with me on this one but it just makes good scence. I mean if you are going to have full access to a program having a program with keyboard commands that can be used threw the hole program just as the tool bar icons can just makes scence. Also this is a feature that would make every sighted power users life real useful.
