I agree with you I don't call the person on skype first I let them call me because I don't want to disturb somebody while they may be installing something for example because skype defaults to being automatically signed in at boot up so just because somebody in my contacts is online doesn't mean they're skyping. I'm always open to talking to anybody too though as long as they want to talk to me.
