I'm not sure if this has been answered yet... That sounds like either a temporary problem that a reboot might fix, or a JAWS installation problem. Side-by-side configuration should refer to a Microsoft Assembly issue of some sort, that being an arrangement whereby multiple versions of a software package can coexist in memory, "side by side" as it were, for applications that need the different versions. I don't know why you would be getting that error specifically, but it's definitely not an issue related to the scripts themselves.
