Hi I get something odd when I look for the profile on a member, should I want to read it. If they are on my contacts list, I normally do this via the context key and arrowing down until I hear profile. I can't use an access key because sometimes jaws says it should be v, and at others, jaws reports it as w. The odd thing is that I have done what jaws says, and I will get to the profile. What I don't understand is why the accelerator or access key should change. Sometimes it can be w, at others it can be v. If anybody else has had this one, I would be grateful if you could tell me as I'm hoping I'm not off my head. If there is another explanation, a sensible one, then I'd love to know what it is, but I'm not that technically minded.
