[Skypeenglish] windows security dialog keeps on coming up whenever i start skype

Hi all,
The subject pretty much sums it up. Every time go in to skype, the windows 
security dialog box comes up and I keep on having to tell the program to 
unblock the skype application so it can run.
How should I go about not seeing the windows security dialog box from coming up 
again?
