You should go to the list info page (http://www.emissives.com/mailman/listinfo/skypeenglish_emissives.com), go to the form wich says: "To unsubscribe from Skypeenglish, get a password reminder, or change your subscription options enter your subscription email address". Here write your email and press space on the botton "Unsubscribe or edit options". Pick your password and check the checkbox: "Yes, I really want to unsubscribe", and press the "Unsubscribe button". I don't know if the mail way will work, but try to send a mail to skypeenglish-request at emissives.com, writing in Subject line the word "Unsubscribe" (without the quotes signs).
