Hi, both of these services are not free. However, if you upgrade to Skype Pro, Voicemail comes with it for free. Skype Pro is, in the UK at least, ?1.50 a month, and it comes out of your Skype credit, and not by credit or debit card! Just thought I'd emphasize that last bit. Anyway hope that helps.
