Are you referring to the option called View Chat History? If so, then it's not a webpage. Rather it's a chat window where you can view previous chat messages. and as far as Skype watch goes, there's no way as of yet to "install" it. It involves inputting a line of code into the script at a certain place, and personally, it's rather complicated, imo.
