I also don't know much about scripting, but I don't have problems using English versions of programs and OS, I'm really not falling on localized software. Sometimes when I sit in front of PC localized in Croatian, I have a feeling that someone is joking with me. But, since there are obviously people who like localized things, they can translate scripts by themselves. As I said before, I don't know much about scripting, but I know one thing. Scripts are like text files You can open them in Script Manager or a simple text editor as Notepad and carefully, line by line, change English phrases with the language of your choice. Of course, you need to type exact phrases as they are in your localization of program you use, it's not easy, but it's achieveable. So, why bother the script author to install localized version and do this for you if you can do it by yourselves?
