Try this: 1. Tap the Alt key while in Skype.
2. Arrow left three times. 3. Press Enter. 4. Arrow up four times. JAWS may actually mention languages at this point. 5. Press Enter. 6. Press DownArrow until you hear English. 7. Press Enter. Skype should now be in English, but if parts of it are not, close and re-open Skype once. It can indeed be a challenge to get around in some of those languages with JAWS, particularly the ones that use Unicode and say almost nothing.
