I think you're saying you can't tell which keys are checked in the Hotkeys page of Options and which are not. I don't know what to suggest for that at the moment, except to point out that testing each key will indicate if it's enabled or not. This problem can occur as a result of color changes on screen I think, so it might happen if you have an unusual Windows or Skype background or color scheme.
