What does JAWS say for the status of these Outlook contacts? The Skype scripts can properly interpret statuses of Online, Offline, SkypeMe, Away, Not Available, and Do Not Disturb. It sounds like you may have a new status there. If you tell me exactly what it is, preferably with letter casing identical to how it appears in MSAA, I should be able to incorporate that into the scripts. Get spellings with a double SayLine on one of those contacts.
