Hi Maya and list! Not exactly. Call burner is free at all times to record calls you make with other Skype users who are also using call burner. Don't worry. It knows who is even if you don't. If you want to record calls you make to land lines, you have to buy a license. If you buy a license, you can record all calls you make, regardless of circumstance. If you want to get call recordings of reliable quality, buy a license for call burner. When a licensed user has a problem, you will find the call burner team to be very responsitve to satisfying your need. Simply put, buying a license means you've made an investment in them, and they will honour that with their prompt attention to providing you good service. Whenever I'm planning an important call that I want to be sure and record, I do a test call and check it by listening. It hasn't yet failed to record a call I needed to keep for my own record.
