[Skypeenglish] keyboard help

Hi Doug a user reported a problem with keyboard help and the skype command
mode.  
This bug report is not correct if you look at it correctly.  It is in fact a
feature smile.  Press the keyboard help command for example and then press
the skype command key.  Now press t for tab and then one.  It will describe
what that key does.  So not allowing skype command system to trigger is in
fact a drawback.  I say leave it it the way that it is.
