The technical call information does not work. There are two problems with
this command. The first problem is simply win technical call information
is turned on, as I said, it simply does not find the technical information
a second problem is. The error message is considerably out dated. It tells
the user "technical information tool tip not found turned on technical call
information in file option advance." This is incorrect. It should read
technical information, not found, make sure display technical call
information is turned on in tools options connections.
