Hi Alexandra, if you installed the new scripts 642 through the zip file, keep in mind that there the binary files (*.jsb) are been deleted, basically for a compatibility problem with JAWS versions. So, after installing, recompile the whole package pressing ctrl+shift+c while in Skype if you did not yet. Then retry the suggestions proposed (e.g. alg+1 and following, and with this new version pressing this key double chat messages are virtualized, and you can read them if you have a Braile display!).
