[Skypeenglish] possible script improvement

this is a message mainly directed at doug. I was just wondering whether when
you do your next upgrade to the scripts, whether you could make it so that
when you go into someone's profile, that it reads the window? This can of
course currently be done with the jaws cursor, I just thought it might be
useful.
