Hi, I have also used VoIP services such as VoIP Stunt or VoIP Buster and both of those services allow a user to create a contact and enter I think 4 or 5 different phone numbers such as "Home", "Work", "Mobile", "VoIP" etc. As was explained before, the "Start Call" option then becomes a sub menu and you can select the number you want.
I wrote to Skype last year asking about this and was told that it was not something they were currently looking at implementing although I totally agree that it would be a very useful feature for anybody who uses Skype a lot for calls to regular telephones. Maybe if enough people write to Skype asking about this, they will do something about it, since it is already working with Outlook contacts, I really don't think it would be terribly difficult for them to add another 2 or 3 fields for different numbers when creating a Skype-Out contact.
