I'm afraid you didn't miss anything; I did. <grin> JAWSKey+Q did not virtualize things on a double press when the Skype scripts were begun many years ago. That JAWS feature came later, and the Skype scripts never caught up with that. I don't see a fast way to do it at this instant, but I have added this to the list of things that should be done.
