I thought it was too, unless you manually delete it, but, you can always just go to start, run, and type
skype:echo123 Speaking of which, does anyone know the skype names to put it, for any different skype test calls in various languages. My friend said he thought he remembered one, where it was the same as the echo123, but the instructions were in japanese.
