Hi Alex, does your friend hear you well? In this case, it's due to her audio configuration. We experienced the same thing since some time, with a friend of mine; both were using Sk 3.6, but I heared him like it spoke from a phone while he heared me well. I made him uncheck the checkbox: "Let Skype adjust my audio settings" in Skype Options / Audio Settings dialogue, and it immediately went right. I sincerely did not find the opportunity to call someone using Skype 3.0 since I use 3.8; but this is my reccomendation: try this with your friend and see what happens. Bye! Barbuz
