[Skypeenglish] hotkey problem in skype 4

Is it just me, or do the hotkeys not work in skype 4. I've just checked the
options, and they're enabled, but they don't seem to work. Also, for Doug's
benefit, the list of hotkeys in the options dialog box seems to have stopped
speaking.
