Hello. I'm writing this for a friend. Any help would be appreciated. Her
message is below.
I can not sign into Skype. I am using Skype version 3.8, Jaws 7.0 and Windows
XP home. When I go through the menus everything is listed as unavailable,
even sign out. Only the area that says, "change mood" is available. I make
sure my user name is correct. I tab to the password field and select all,
then use delete to make sure there aren't any extra characters in the field.
Both boxes that tell Skype to log on are checked. I go to the sign in button,
hit the spacebar and nothing happens. I have even used the enter key on sign
in button. I get the message that Skype is not connected. Any help would
be appreciated.
