[Skypeenglish] Personal Tag

Hello All, 
 
This may sound like a rather simple question, but it is the simple things
that we all get stuck on from time to time. I am trying to help a friend add
a personal tag, this will allow it so when people are going through their
contact list and come across the person with the tag, it will display it.
Help in this subject would be greatly appreciated.
