There is a simpler means of accomplishing what you describe below. One access the profile window as you described, or from the contact request dialog. Two press control insert W., this will virtualized the active window. Three you may use the virtual cursor to navigate this window. Four When you are finished reading the information you want you may press escape. Five exit the profile window, this is done with alt+f4, or you may click the close button by tabbing to it and pressing the space bar. I hope this information is helpful. The
