Hi, there is no need to use the mouse cursor to find this option. The link for this is in the tab order. So just tab to it and press space bar. Now once you have located the option you want to change you need to click the change button to make the choice to allow it. So the steps are going to be as follows. 1. open the skype main window. 2. open the tools menu with alt+t. 3. open the options dialog buy pressing the letter p. 4. in the tree view go to advanced. The fastest way to get here is to press the end key and then arrow up twice. 5. now tab over to the link that says manage other programs access to skype. I count tabbing seven time to get to this link. 6. press the space bar. 7. arrow to the option you want to change., Note at this point if you are using window-eyes you will need to route the mouse cursor and find the option you want with this as window-eyes at this time does not read this MSAA control. Click the left mouse button and then press escape. 8. tab over to the change button and press the space bar. 9. from the list of actions select the option you want for example allow this program to use skype and press enter. 10. tab over to the save button and press space bar. Note if you have a program in the list that you no longer want remove it buy pressing the remove button verses the change button. You also have the option of disconnecting a program that is accessing skype by clicking the disconnect button after you make the choice of what program you want. the disconnect button will not be in the tab order if the program is not connected to the api. I was having the same problem, but while in skype, do the following: 1. Click on tools 2. Up arrow to Options or simply doing a letter P will active the Options. 3. Arrow down to "advanced" and while here, route JAWS to pc and up and down arrow till you heare "manage programs" or something like that. 4. Left-click on that and just follow the prompts and you would find your CallGraph in there and choose to allow it.
