Hi Scott and others, I had this problem a couple days ago. I solved it but it isn't a method I'd recommend to others. I had to have a friend log into my Skype as it discloses my Skype password. This friend as trustworthy as far as it goes, but of course, if someone else should gain access to her computer, my password may get stolen and used for undesirable purposes. Anyway, they only had to log in to my Skype account briefly. After that, I was able to tab through the forward options and set them without a problem. I don't know why this happened, but some things in computerland just don't have an explanation.
It is also true that I couldn't get to the manage other programmes access to Skype through tabbing around, but found it easily with the Jaws cursor. This is using Skype 3.8.0139 and Jaws 9.0.2169U with Skype scripts revision 653.
