[Skypeenglish] problem with skype watch and jaws 9.0

Hello everyone,
I recently upgraded to jaws 9.0 and have the latest scripts 653 and have 
enabled skype watch.
However, here is my problem.  I do not receive alerts when people either sign 
in or call me, unless I'm within the skype window at all times.  If I minimize 
to my desktop for example, and someone signs in I am not alerted.  
Is anyone else having this problem?
