Considering the fact everyone is providing hot keys I will provide the list I use. Shift+windows+enter focus skype. Shift+windos+numpad pluss answer call. Shift+windows+numpad dash hangup/reject call. Shift+windows numpad star ignore call. Shift+windows numpad slash Mute microphone. Control windows f3 find skype contact. Also have a auto hot key script that closes skype control windows f4 and a script that starts skype control windows s. Also the window eyes hot keys have been moved to the numpad as well. So for the most part skype is controlled from the numpad.
