Hi, the procedure for set incoming calls notifications may be not so clear. I will re-post it for the n-th time! 1. focus Skype main window; 2. go to Tools / options / notifications; 3. make sure the call setting is setted as "Show Windows tray alert", rather than "Show Skype call alert". WARNING: you have to route JAWS to pc to set it properly, otherwise it is not so accessible; 4. route PC to JAWS again when you find the correct voice, then press Save button. Procedure end! Bye!
