If you mean does Skype have conferencing capability the answer is yes. If you mean can you talk to several people at once using Skype text chat. The answer is yes. You can do this individually or together. If you meant can you make several Skype calls at the same time. The answer is no only conferencing is possible, not several individual calls at once.
