Hi, Not true. According to Skype Help, you can have up to 25 people in a conference at once. But, it also said that there isn't really a limit, it just depends on the bandwidth available; that was just what was recommended. And, in my opinion, it gets hard to know what's going on if you have more than about 6 people in a conference. HTH,
