Ok, then I'll do my best to try to answer. I sincerely consider the Extras manager quite inaccessible, and so I think not to check its authomatic startup, also because if it loads itself I'm forced to exit Skype completely from the SystemTray before shutting down Windows, otherwise I hear an error beep. About the other thing, I tested the plug-in for Internet Explorer and found some errors; if I remember well, it was my HomePage, which is google.it, which made some crashes in IE.
