There are a couple of radio button sets, one right after the other, that will probably sound the same. The first is for incoming calls, and the second for incoming chats. Use arrows to choose the radio button you want from one set, and Tab and Shift+Tab to move between the sets. I think you might be set up for calls only from contacts but chats from anyone, which is how I'm set up as well, deliberately.
