what jaws version r u using, I believe you are using version 5. I would recommend you getting Jaws 7, 8 or 9. I haven't got 10 but I imagine it would work with that too. If you enabled skype watch which if you haven't then I recommend you do that. By the way, If you have got skypewatch enabled, then you can use CTRL 1 to contacts and stuff or use CTRL and tab to each window.
