I removed Skype scripts 504 with add/remove programs in control panel. Then I ran a registry cleaner/repair utility called Advanced System Care from http://www.iobit.com/ The app is free and reasonably accessible. Then I installed the latest scripts. It worked like it was supposed to... on two computers!
