Dear Francis, Skype will allow you to call anyone on your contact list and add them to a conference call. It does not matter whether they are Skype users or Skype out telephone contacts but you must have them in your contact list for ease of calling them into a conference call.
The procedure is this: 1. Make your first call in the usual way. 2. When the call is connected find your next contact 3. right mouse click on the contact name and scroll down to Invite to conference 4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until all your friends are up and running.
