What version of skype are you using? What version of the jaws skype scripts are you using?
What are you using, windows xp, vista or let us know if other please? I would look in the control panel, then go into add remove software. If you have very old jaws scripts, remove them. The best skype version for now is 3.8.188. The latest version of the jaws scripts is revision 653. Go into the history and clean it all up if possible.
