Hi all, I am having some problems with my version of Skype, 3.8. 1. I installed a Skype phone a while ago. Since then, I have decided not to use it, as my jaws is muted when I connect the phone. I want to go back to using a Skype headset or a simple microphone. I have closed off the phone, so that it will not run in my startup and have the phone disconnected from my pc. My sound options in Skype are unavailable. I can hear the person I call, but they can't hear me. Do I have to re-install Skype to bring back my sound options? 2. if I have to uninstall/re-install Skype, is there a way I can save my Skype contacts, and import them when I re-install the software.
