I just added a few in the dictionary for jaws while in skype. To open the dictionary for jaws in skype, insert+d, or jaws+d
Click on add button. Then type for example, :) Tab and type, smilie. And follow the rest, when done do alt+F4, it will ask you if you want to save changes so accept the changes and it will be added in. Then to test, open text chat in skype and type a ;). Jawswill replace that and say smilie.
