Hi, Yvonne! I openned a new account and I even didn't look out for some way to just "rename" the ID. I exported my contact list through advanced options and imported it back when I signed in for the first time with new ID. It took a while for everyone to confirm me, but it's OK now. I don't have credits for SK Out calls so it wasn't problem for me. Maybe you should cancel the automatic payment for this account and when you open the new one just continue this subscription.
