[Skypeenglish] Help Please.

Hi List,
    I tried installing skype and am getting an error message that extras need 
to be enabled,in order for it to work. The only extra option that seemed to be 
mentioned in the installer was the toolbar. I did not install this, because I 
don't know if its accessible. not sure how to get to the extras option, since 
the program doesn't seem to be working at this point.
    please help!
