Hey Andre, I think this is already available in Skype 3.8. If you lose the last SkypeWatch alert (which could be an incoming call, whi not?), you can press alt+shift+f9 or ctrl+ScrolLock+f9 and JAWS will repeat the last announcement. Bye! Barbuz
