The AutoAction system has not been in good repair for quite some time, which is most of why it's not documented very well. My latest approach was to rewrite the bulk of that as a VBScript program instead of a JAWS script, but some antivirus software flatly refused to run a .vbs file (I think Norton was the main culprit here), and the installation of that system was rather complicated anyway.
So in short, I don't recommend using Ctrl+Shift+A nowadays because it probably won't work right. So far, I've left it in so I could make that dialog control a .vbs or other script, rather than having people hand-edit a .ini file; but nothing's listening to what you put in that file now.
