The parameter /secondary works only in Skype 4.0 beta and doesn't work
in v3.8.
About /callto, check if you typed it correctly. The exact format should
be as follows:
/callto:skype_name
or
/callto:skype_number
I guess that by "Skype_name" it means the nickname (the one you type
together with your password to login), and not the Skype display name
that the people see in their contacts list. And another my guess is that
if there are spaces in the skype_name (witch I think it's impossible if
my guess about the nickname is right) , the skype_name should be
enclosed in double quotes (").
