Hi Dean, Skype for the mac is very accessible with Voiceover,
particularly the 2.8 beta. As some accessibility improvements have
been made in comparison to 2.7. If you're needing help with the mac
in general, i'd highly recommend that if you aren't already, that you
get on the general discussion list over at http://macvisionaries.com,
there you can get a lot of help with your mac. Hope Sarah doesn't
mind me mentioning that.
