There is no "Missed Events" panel in Skype 4. Instead, there are Conversation windows, and all events related to a conversation (chats, calls, voicemails, etc.) go into the window for that conversation. There is a History list though, accessible with Ctrl+8 if you're using the scripts or Alt+3 if not.
