Dear all, in case some of you have web cams and want to be seen by their friends, here is my discovery. On Skype four, unless I missed something, normal calls and video calls are now two different things. When you press enter on a contact, you start a normal call and the web cam is not activated. If you need to make a video call, you must first focus on the contact you want to call, go to the call menu, and click on video call. I haven't found an easier way to do it.
