Dear Lino and all, alt page up and alt page down should work, respectively for answering and hanging up, at least they do on my system. Please check the following. In your Skype options, arrow down to the shortcuts options. Maybe it's called hot keys, I don't remember. Then tab to the checkbox called unable keyboard shortcuts and make sure it is checked. Then tab again to the shortcut list. Unfortunately this one is not very accessible with jaws, at least with Jaws nine. You can however join jaws cursor to PC, scroll to the different items, and read if they are unabled and which hot-key is assigned to them. Tabbing once more gets you to the change hotkey button where you can assign a new hotkey to the selected item. I never tried this one. Don't forget to save!
