Dear Annie it's not easy yet but here is a way to do it. If you connect to Skype and received a voicemail from someone, this person's chat window will open. If it's not opened but you know who it is, find her or his name in your contact list, click context menu , arrow down to sendIM and press enter. In both cases, tab to the chat's list box, locate the line which only has your friend's name and Then you can either double-click on control +5 or route jaws cursor to PC which I find easier because you can do it with one hand.
